About the Belton
The Belton is a three-bedroom, three-bath apartment with 1,189 square feet, so each roommate gets a private bedroom and bathroom. Every Belton is fully furnished and ready the day you move in, with an open kitchen and living area for the three of you to share.
What’s Included in Your Rent
Rent at The Harbor is per bedroom on an individual lease, so you’re only responsible for your own rent, not your roommates’. Every Belton apartment includes:
- Full furniture package: living room set, plus a bed frame, mattress, desk, and dresser in every bedroom
- A 65″ TV in the living room
- Gig fiber internet, water, and sewer
- An in-unit washer and dryer
- Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances
- A private bathroom for every bedroom and keyless entry

Life at The Harbor
The Harbor is a four-story apartment building inside The Barracks neighborhood, our sister community. As a Harbor resident, you share the neighborhood’s eight community parks, two dog parks, sand volleyball and basketball courts, and 13 miles of paved walking and running trails. You also get exclusive access to The Cove at BearX, with free entry for you and two guests every day.
Inside the building, you’ll find an on-site fitness center, private study spaces, elevators, and reserved and covered parking. To get to campus, catch Texas A&M bus Route 34 (Fish Camp) or Route 41 (Good Bull) from the stop in The Cove parking lot. On breaks, nights, and weekends, take Route 40-41.

- Pets: welcome, with $25 monthly pet rent, a one-time $325 pet fee, and a $25 PetScreening registration
